A. Although it depends on when you stay in, the monthly price will
     be 100,000~120,000 yen.

Q. Is there any discount for a long-stay?
A. In fact, the rate for our long-stay is much better than the one for
     our short-stay, so we are afraid...
    
Q. How can I pay for the rent?
A. We actually prefer cash to credit card, but, of course, you can pay by your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
    
Q. what will happen when I decide not to stay longer anymore ?
A. According to our cancellation policy, we will charge for the
     cancellation.
